I have been contemplating on getting my brows done but haven’t found an artist I felt was good enough until a friend of mine posted her powder brows done by Emily at Beauty Elite. I started to follow Emily on Instagram and was obsessed with her work. I was hesitant because I have low pain tolerance. After a couple months of just admiring her work, I finally decide to take a leap of faith and book an appointment. Emily was so welcoming and answered all my questions and concerns. She took her time to map my brows which I really like because I’m very particular about my brows as a makeup artist. She made sure she kept it close to its natural shape to compliment my face structure and for low maintenance. Again, I was very scared of how painful it would be but I fell asleep during my session, that’s how painless it was. For me, it was 2/10 as far of pain level. After the appointment, she went over aftercare and I was able to text her whenever I had questions. I love how my brows turned out. Can’t wait until it fully heals to see the final outcome.

I’m not the most experienced with makeup and eyebrows and was only testing the waters and trying things out and this was one of my “just go for it” moments and I’m glad I did it. The first initial meetup was just framing my eyebrows and talking about the process and Emily was very responsive, knowledgeable, keen, and easy to talk to. The only experience I had with eyebrows was just pencilling it in and asking my sister sometimes. After being pleased with the in-person consultation, I decided to go ahead and book my powder brows session. The experience wasn’t painful at all for me, I could only attest to a slight sting for the beginning. You’re set up to be very comfortable and at times I was convinced I would just fall asleep. I absolutely adore how my brows turned out in the end. I have never felt more confident. I’ll provide a follow up after the healing process is over and the perfecting session is complete. Doan does a beautiful job with my lashes. She worked with me to figure out the right shape, thickness, length to achieve exactly what I wanted. I like that I can text the office number, and they have heated tables that are so comfortable I usually fall asleep 😅

I just got the powder brows done and I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with how they turned out!!! Ashley & Deanna really took their time making sure that my brows were perfect before the shading process was started. They look natural, yet put-together. I'm looking forward to not having to do my eyebrows anymore in the morning haha
