Attentive PMU, Brow and Lash Spa Policies to Ensure Your Comfort & Safety

Beauty Elite is proud to offer an inclusive and welcoming salon experience with the highest quality of service for everyone desiring to achieve their best appearance. In order for our artists to provide each of our clients with attentive care, we share with you our general PMU, brow and lash spa policies to ensure the comfort of all.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment (15 minutes for your first appointment) so that we may start your service on time or even early. A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at the regularly scheduled price, however, a late arrival with phone call notification will be treated as a late cancellation/reschedule if we are unable to perform the service in the time remaining. If we can perform the service in the time remaining, the client will be charged the full price for the service and will only receive whatever remaining time is left from their original appointment. A late arrival that’s more than 15 minutes overdue without a phone call notification will be treated as a no-show.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show Policies

When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, clients must provide at least 72 hours notice. Clients are allowed one rescheduled date or time for an initial appointment; after that, they forfeit their non-refundable deposit, and a new deposit must be paid to book again. Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with less than 72 hours notice will be considered late and will be charged 50% of service to the card on file.

Clients who are no-shows for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. All no-shows and anyone with 3 or more late cancellations will be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

If the client does not have a card on file or the charge is not accepted on it, the client will be invoiced, and no future appointments will be accepted until the invoice is paid in full.

Booking Policies

All appointments are subject to approval and your artist may reach out to you for more information or to reschedule. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and will be taken off the total balance at the time of checkout. This applies to all of our services, including lash and brow care, lip blush care, and powder brow bar appointments, too.

Please, No Phone Calls or Notifications During Your Appointment

For the comfort and well-being of all of our clients during powder brow, lip blush, permanent eyeliner, microneedling and other services, we are committed to the serenity that a quiet environment provides. Please silence your phones. We also encourage you to bring headphones so that you can listen to your music or podcast to fully relax for the duration of your appointment.

Limits on Children, Pets and Guests During Your Appointment

To maintain a calm and safe atmosphere, we do not allow children or pets to come to your appointment. Adult guests (18+) are discouraged; however, each client may bring up to one guest. This guest must wait quietly in the waiting area for the duration of the PMU application, lash extensions, lash lift, eyeliner services, PMU removal or other appointment.

Forms of Payment Accepted

Our preferred method of payment for all treatments is cash; however, we also accept all major credit and debit cards. Checks are not accepted.

Returns or Exchanges

All sales and services are final.

We want all of our PMU, brow and lash spa clients to feel completely at ease during their treatment. And we especially want you to love the results of your beauty service! We ask that you let us know during your service if you have any questions or concerns or are uncomfortable for any reason, and we will do our best to address them promptly.

Your Medical Conditions or Concerns

It is important to note that we are professional makeup artists and not medical professionals. We cannot under any circumstances give clients medical information or advice. If you have concerns about receiving any service because of a medical condition or medication you are taking, or if you are concerned you may be having a reaction to a product or technique your service provider used, you must bring those questions or concerns to your doctor.

Due to the nature of our services as a PMU, brow and lash spa, we cannot offer guaranteed results. What we can guarantee is that you and your satisfaction are important to us, and that we will act in accordance with our experience and expertise to give you our absolute best. We also will do everything in our ability to understand and meet your needs by adhering to the strictest health and safety guidelines, as well as offer the highest level of expertise by continually updating our education on the services we offer. For lash extension care, if there are any retention issues within 3 days of service, we offer a one-time complimentary fill or removal. We must be notified within 3 days of the original appointment, and the fix must be scheduled within 7 days of that appointment.
